It shouldn't be this hard...

The Montgomery family together on a bed, the children in white

For a few short years, our family navigated the realities of raising a non-verbal, profoundly autistic middle child - managing therapies, disjointed support systems, exhaustion and isolation, endless paperwork, and the emotional weight compounding every meltdown or broken routine. We know firsthand that feeling of being lost. That feeling of being unheard.

When Airlie tragically passed away in March 2025, we were left with so many unanswered questions, and a heartbreak no family should ever have to endure.

But somehow through that loss came a determination to create something meaningful. To look back at the hard lessons and shortfalls we experienced and create a legacy of real-world solutions, when and where they are needed the most.

By challenging what does or doesn't exist today, we can start to build a better tomorrow.

It is what it is isn't good enough...

"...so, what can we do about it?"

Every project begins with that question.

Our work is founded by engaging with real people on real lived experience. Not content to simply accept the status-quo of things any longer, we aim to redefine action and accountability with an unwavering no-nonsense approach.

Creating real change for families and communities.

Creating practical
solutions

We think families deserve more than awareness campaigns, so we find the real problems and build the programs, advocacy, education and technology that actually fix them.

Honouring
every child

We support families through the unimaginable loss of a child, and help them build legacies that keep bringing hope, purpose and positive change to others.
